           the CONTROL-PC,the telescope did not stop its rotation to DEC(-)
           direction after reaching to the original point. 
           Stop -> DEC(+) -> 'recovery of original point' -> ok

11:38 JST  Link error between CONTROL-PC and telescope control panel2.
           Motor Power off -> on -> restart software from CONTROL-PC &
           PC1 -> ok
